2. What the Service is
Takes an uploaded contract and produces a structured summary: essential points, risks (with severity), key numbers, questions to ask before signing.
2.1 What it is not
Not legal advice. An automated information tool. The summary is not a legal opinion. Consult a qualified lawyer before signing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering contracts.
4. How a purchase works
- Upload your contract.
- Provide billing details and pay.
- Contract concluded on order confirmation.
- Summary delivered by email, typically within minutes (at most 24 hours).
Prices in EUR; VAT applied at checkout where applicable.
5. Withdrawal right (EU consumers)
Under Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 59 Codice del Consumo), no withdrawal right applies to digital content/services fully performed during the withdrawal period with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right, which you provide at checkout. Until delivery, you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Refunds
- Technical failure on our side: full refund.
- Summary clearly non-responsive: full refund or free re-run.
- Subjective dissatisfaction: no refund; contact us.

7. Your obligations
You warrant you have the right to upload the contract; no third-party rights violated; no unlawful or NDA-restricted material from counterparties. No reverse engineering, scraping, or use for ML training.
8. IP
Site owned by [LEGAL ENTITY]. Summary licensed to you for personal/business use. You retain ownership of your contract.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. No indirect or consequential damages. No liability for decisions made on the basis of a summary. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or what cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Changes to Terms
Updates apply to new orders only.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [COURT CITY], without prejudice to consumer jurisdiction under Art. 66-bis Codice del Consumo.
