2. How to request
Email hello@contractsummary.eu within 14 days with order number, checkout email, and a brief description. We respond within 3 business days; qualifying refunds processed within 10 business days.
3. Withdrawal right under EU consumer law
Our Service is digital content delivered instantly. Under Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 59 Codice del Consumo), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right, provided at checkout. Until delivery, you may still cancel for a full refund.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Blank/corrupted/image-only PDF where we flagged the issue and you asked us to proceed.
- Subjective dissatisfaction (“not useful enough”).
- Requests beyond the 14-day window.
